Tenebrae: Holy Saturday

The following video is from Tenebrae of Holy Saturday last year. In this video we hear what are known as the preces, which are sung after the Benedictus of Lauds before the final prayer.

This is the last day on which Tenebrae is sung. The days of darkness draw to an end as the light of Christ rises on the horizon. Let us be open to the mercy that we desire of Him, and which He freely and willingly gives to us by the merits of His blood shed for us on Calvary.
